1 · Who is responsible for your data

2 · What data is collected and why

This site collects personal data only when you voluntarily complete the contact form. The data collected is: name, email address, company (optional) and the content of your message.

The sole purpose is to reply to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to continue the resulting correspondence. Your data is not used for unsolicited marketing, profiling or automated decision-making.

3 · Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent, given expressly by ticking the box on the form before sending it (Article 6.1.a GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time by writing to eva@strategicdigital.es, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

4 · How long it is kept

Messages are kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and thereafter for the period legally required to address any potential liabilities. After that they are deleted.

5 · Who else has access

Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Two providers are involved in running this site:

Netlify, Inc. (United States) — hosts this website and stores form submissions, acting as a data processor. This involves an international transfer outside the European Economic Area, covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Google (Google Fonts) — the typefaces on this site are loaded from Google's servers, which means Google receives the visitor's IP address when the page loads.

6 · Cookies

This site uses no cookies, first-party or third-party, no local browser storage, and no analytics or tracking tools. Your browsing is not tracked.

7 · Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to eva@strategicdigital.es, stating which right you wish to exercise.

If you believe your data is not being handled lawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

The contents of this site — texts, methodologies, marks and graphic elements — belong to Eva María Baltés Olmedo unless otherwise stated. Reproduction or use without express authorisation is prohibited. A2V™ is a proprietary denomination.
